A 100% success rate for the Baccalaureate was achieved. As a consequence, we have a housing shortage in our students’ home of residence (Chandara Students Home). 180 students live there (including twenty of them in our Hairdressing Teaching Centre, which had to be refurbished urgently) and next year one hundred more students will be going to university. So we need to find another site near the universities as soon as possible. Ideally we would like to find an existing building or, failing that, semi-detached houses, which could be fitted out with a huge roof-top shared by everybody. But because of real-estate speculation, it is very difficult to find reasonably priced housing in Phnom Penh and our teams keep patrolling the streets, looking for a good bargain.
