Tina Kieffer
Founder and President
“When I was Editor-in-Chief of Marie Claire, I was confronted with the terrible condition of women in many countries around the world: every week, a photojournalist would present me with a story about domestic violence, honor crimes…
I knew the immense responsibility of ignorance and obscurantism. But how could we change mentalities, if not through education? Hence my determination to focus on girls’ education – the best way, in my view, to make tomorrow’s world fairer and more humane.”

Sabrina Herlory
Vice President
“It all began for me after meeting Tina. Thanks to her, I realized that one could truly break vicious circles and change destinies – not with words, but through action. Tina also awakened in me the pressing need to be educated in order to build autonomy, especially when one is a very underprivileged girl. I believe her vision is extraordinarily fair, powerful, and fraternal, and that her school is revolutionary. This project inspires me, and that is why, humbly and at my level, I decided to commit myself to it.”

Marie-José Rubini
Vice President
“Supporting girls’ education worldwide is a vital issue in the fight against poverty and for improving living conditions for future generations. That is why I got involved from the very beginning, in 2006, when Tina Kieffer presented me with her project for a pilot and high-quality school. At the time, as President of Caroll, I supported this association through various initiatives and sponsorships – and I still do. Going into the field, seeing the work accomplished, meeting these little girls from the poorest backgrounds and watching them grow into educated, confident, and motivated young women always strengthens my desire to support this association, which is working toward a better world.”

Anne Laviron
Secretary General
“I have always been sensitive to children’s issues and deeply convinced that girls’ education is essential for their future and that of their country. That is why I enthusiastically committed myself to supporting the mission of Toutes à l’école by contributing my skills as a lawyer. The joy of learning of these little girls, their incredible motivation, their pride in belonging to a high-level school, their smiles – all of this touched me deeply. The project of long-term schooling, which now concretely translates into so many saved destinies and transmitted values, has further motivated me to carry high the banner of Toutes à l’école!”

Marc Bijon
Treasurer
“I was first struck by Tina Kieffer’s vision: educating little girls from disadvantaged backgrounds so that later they could play a role in shaping the future of their country. Then, I was impressed by the concreteness and realism displayed at Happy Chandara School, within a team of 350 people on campus. For these reasons – and also because I believe education is essential for our future – I wanted to bring my experience as a Chief Financial Officer to serve the association.”

“It is first a story of friendship, between two children, Théa and Hermine, then between two women. I had the chance to travel to Phnom Penh and visit Happy Chandara. I was immediately moved by these little girls, so full of smiles and such an extraordinary desire to learn. I am proud to support Toutes à l’école, which will give a better future to these young girls and to this beautiful country, so deeply affected.”

“As a labor law attorney, I have always been aware of the importance of education and women’s empowerment in shaping not only their own lives, but also society. Seeing these little girls grow and flourish reinforces my commitment to Toutes à l’école.”

“Being an adopted child, I know the importance of education and second chances in shaping a destiny. My encounter with Tina and the association Toutes à l’école was self-evident. I want to give back what I was fortunate to receive and what brought me to where I am today. The work of Toutes à l’école is demanding and very ambitious. I hope to contribute, even in a small way, to the smiles of the young girls of Toutes à l’école.”

“As the sponsor of several Cambodian children for over twenty years, and the founder of one of the leading higher education groups in Europe, I am well aware of the importance of education as a lever to reduce inequalities and offer a better future to the most vulnerable – especially young girls, who often do not have the chance to go to school. My encounter with Tina Kieffer and her moving story led me, in 2021, to commit to Toutes à l’école to help change destinies in my own way, and then to join its Board of Directors.”

Jean-Marie Leloup

“Since I began my humanitarian engagement in 1993, service has been my guiding principle. In 2021, with the Rotary Club, I helped renovate the clinical boat of the NGO Pour les Yeux du Monde, which docks each year at the Happy Chandara campus to carry out ophthalmology missions for its 1,300 students. Then I had the chance to meet Tina Kieffer, and we discussed the various issues concerning the campus buildings. As a civil engineer specializing in construction and public works, I explained my professional experience as a project owner and technical supervisor in construction companies. A very active retiree since 2019, I became in 2022 the construction advisor for Happy Chandara, where I travel several times a year to support the project manager. In addition to this mission, I am proud to have joined in 2024 the Board of Directors of this remarkable association, which provides access to education for underprivileged Cambodian girls.”

“Joining Toutes à l’école reflects my deep conviction that education is the cornerstone of a country’s progress. I have always admired Tina Kieffer who, together with Sabrina Herlory and Sandrine Lilienfeld, fights for a better society. They are three role models who have inspired me both professionally and personally, and I am happy to now support Toutes à l’école as a member of its Board of Directors.”

Vincent Soulier

“Toutes à l’école offers an extraordinary opportunity to young girls from Cambodia’s most disadvantaged backgrounds: the possibility of envisioning a future that matches their aspirations. My feminist and educational values find here a stimulating field of engagement.”

Assia Tria
Board Member
“As a researcher by training and the first woman to lead IMT Mines Alès, a top French engineering school, I joined the Board of Toutes à l’école to help transform education into a lever of female empowerment. My pioneering career and experience in research and governance deeply resonate with Happy Chandara’s mission in Cambodia. I therefore wanted to contribute my scientific and strategic expertise to a fundamental cause: offering girls a comprehensive education that shapes free women who are agents of change. I share Tina Kieffer’s vision: educating girls is the key to a fairer and more balanced world.”

Colombine Blum
Advisory Board
“By nature sensitive, I have always been deeply moved by children’s suffering… Life gave me the happiness of having four of my own! So when Tina created Toutes à l’école, I naturally joined her in this great adventure! Sharing with a wonderful team and an extraordinary positivity to help women move toward a better world.”
