Thanks to our SOS Houses program, 30 houses have been built for families of students from the Happy Chandara campus in Prek Thmey.
A total of 171 people benefited, 55% of whom are women. These houses are equipped with electricity and sanitation, and 286 trees were planted — more than three times the initial target.
Families also received training and toolkits to help them maintain their new homes.
This project tangibly improves families’ quality of life by offering them a safer and more dignified environment in which to raise their children.
