50 high school students from our Happy Chandara campus, who study French and wish to pursue scientific studies, along with 30 of our post-baccalaureate students, attended a talk by Claudie Haigneré, the first French woman to travel to space, at the Cambodia Institute of Technology.
Also the first European female astronaut and a former minister, she embodies a woman of knowledge and action whose remarkable career opens new horizons for younger generations.
Through her story, she spoke about her space missions, her commitment to research, and the values she holds dear: cooperation, ethics, and responsibility in the face of the great challenges of our time.
Our students had the opportunity to ask her questions and realize how essential curiosity, perseverance, and courage are to making dreams come true.
