In Asia, the massive use of pesticides raises serious health and environmental concerns.
At Happy Chandara campus, @toutesalecole has chosen a different path: on 13,000 m² of farmland, eight gardeners cultivate fruits and vegetables every day without chemical pesticides, using natural and sustainable methods: mushrooms, eggplants, cabbages, long beans, cucumbers… as well as jackfruit, dragon fruit, mangoes, and bananas!
This approach helps preserve the soil, biodiversity, and the health of our students, while providing them with healthy, organic food grown on site, both in the dormitory and the school canteen.
This project is also a human adventure: it provides jobs for members of the local community, passes on knowledge, and introduces a new generation to farming methods that respect the earth.
