44 high school students from Happy Chandara campus took part, at Preah Sisowath High School in Phnom Penh, in the International Girls in ICT Day, organized by Sisters of Code and IT Academy Step Cambodia.
The program included testimonies from committed high school students, women working in the tech industry, and field experts. They shared their journeys, the challenges they overcame, and the keys that led them to fulfilling careers in technology.
These exchanges allowed our students to envision a future where they fully belong as qualified young women ready to make a difference in a sector still largely dominated by men.
Every year, 15 of our students join the Sisters of Code training program — an 18-week course to learn coding, website design… and above all, to believe in their potential!
