At our Happy Chandara campus, the junior boarding house welcomes nursery and primary school students.
Most of them stay there during the week because they live too far from the school to travel every day. Some also face extremely difficult situations, including malnutrition, alcoholism or drug addiction within the family, and domestic violence.
These conditions can make schooling particularly challenging. Providing these vulnerable students with a calm environment supervised by a team of educators helps ensure the stability they need to succeed at school.
