1,300 Cambodian girls from underprivileged backgrounds are enrolled from kindergarten to high school on our Happy Chandara campus. And today, they have all returned to school!
Laughter, discoveries, learning… For the youngest, it is the exploration of a whole new world. For the older students, it is the joy of reuniting with their classmates and teachers, and of continuing their educational journey toward a future as free and educated women.
On this International Literacy Day, we are reminded that being able to read and write is not a privilege but a fundamental right—a key that opens the path to freedom and empowerment.
